Understanding your options for cancellations and refunds.

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product or service purchased through the Platform. Please read the following carefully.

❌ Order Cancellations

Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 1 day of placing the order.

Please note: Cancellation requests may not be entertained if the order has already been communicated to the seller/merchant and they have initiated shipping, or if the product is out for delivery. In such cases, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.

However, a refund or replacement may be considered if you establish that the quality of the delivered product is unsatisfactory.

⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it to our customer service team within 1 day of receipt. The request will be entertained once the seller/merchant has checked and determined the issue at their end.

If the product received is not as shown on the site or does not meet your expectations, you must notify our customer service within 1 day of receiving the product. The customer service team will review your complaint and take an appropriate decision.

🛡️ Warranty Items

For products that come with a manufacturer's warranty, please refer any complaints directly to the manufacturer.
