This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product or service purchased through the Platform. Please read the following carefully.
Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 1 day of placing the order.
However, a refund or replacement may be considered if you establish that the quality of the delivered product is unsatisfactory.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it to our customer service team within 1 day of receipt. The request will be entertained once the seller/merchant has checked and determined the issue at their end.
If the product received is not as shown on the site or does not meet your expectations, you must notify our customer service within 1 day of receiving the product. The customer service team will review your complaint and take an appropriate decision.
For products that come with a manufacturer's warranty, please refer any complaints directly to the manufacturer.
