Our policy on returns and exchanges for purchased items.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:
Only items found to be defective or damaged will be eligible for replacement under an exchange request.
Certain categories of products or items are exempted from returns or refunds. These categories will be identified to you at the time of purchase.
Once your return/exchange request is accepted and the returned product is received and inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify you of its receipt. If the item passes our quality check, your request will be processed.
Exchange Delivery: Once approved, the replacement item for your exchange request will be delivered within a 5 to 7 days timeframe.
